The Republic of Consciousness Book Club is a subscription service providing you with a new small press book every month or two months. Our subscribers are the centre of the Republic of Consciousness reading community and a crucial part of our funding the prize and its work. The books will be newly published, or even sometimes slightly ahead of publication.

Also available are gift subscriptions: pay upfront for three, six, ten or twelve books to be sent to someone of your choice. First book sent with a gift message. Sign up below, and email us at rofcbookclub@gmail.com to arrange where and how you’d like the books sent out.
You’ll be charged at the beginning of the month, and the books will be sent out towards the end of each month. Please note, if you sign up in the last three days of a given month, your first payment may be delayed by a further month, due to processing. Don’t panic, we can sort it so you still receive the books you want. We will contact you to arrange.
All the money raised is put towards the Republic of Consciousness Prize fund, and we are reliant on our subscribers and the publishers who provide the books.

Pay upfront for a gift subscription. Books can be sent out monthly or bi-monthly (six book package chosen). Simply sign up below and we’ll email you within three days to arrange address, frequency and message. Or email us with information if you’d rather.

Subscription prices may increase in line with rising postage costs, but this will not affect existing subscribers, who will remain on the tariff they signed up for.
